Noted Sound sells digital PDF sheet music — full scores and individual instrument parts. Some titles are sold directly by Noted Sound; titles marked as licensed through ArrangeMe are fulfilled by Hal Leonard's ArrangeMe retail network (Sheet Music Plus, Sheet Music Direct) under that retailer's own terms and checkout, not ours.
A purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license for study, rehearsal, and performance use by the purchaser. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly post, or duplicate a chart beyond the copies your own ensemble needs to rehearse and perform from it, without written permission.
Underlying musical compositions remain the property of their original writers and publishers. Noted Sound's transcriptions and adaptations are prepared from existing recordings for personal and educational use — purchasing a chart doesn't transfer ownership of the underlying composition.
Creating an account lets you re-download past purchases at any time. You're responsible for keeping your login secure.
Direct purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Noted Sound never sees or stores your full card details.
Pricing, availability, and these terms may change at any time. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the update.
Charts are provided as-is. Noted Sound isn't liable for indirect damages arising from the use of a purchased chart.
